A smartphone-based COVID-19 Symptom Tracker App aimed to rapidly collecting information to aid in the response to the pandemic. The app collects individual-level data on risk factors, predictive symptoms, clinical outcomes, and geographical locations. The app further collects daily information whether volunteers feel well or not. If not well, they input their current specific symptoms. They enter their COVID-19 test result if they have been tested.
Since this app is still in the initial development stage. I made some UI pages to help them display this COVID-19 application concept.
